Research for Movies was founded by Lori McGrogan, a veteran political strategist and communications consultant who has more than 2 decades experience providing research and strategic consulting to candidates, companies, and good causes.
After working on Capitol Hill and on many political campaigns, Lori became a senior advisor to MPAA CEO/Chairman Chris Dodd and realized the need for smart and accurate content to help truly tell a story. Lori’s experience in research can be translated to helping those in the creative arts ensure no detail goes unnoticed in order to gain credibility with viewers and consumers.
Lori holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University. She hails from the great state of New Jersey and currently lives in Washington DC with her husband Vin Fusco and their sweet cats.
